At Evy of California, I played a key role in the end-to-end process of line development. From sourcing fabrics, prints, embroideries, trims, and treatments to curating seasonal color palettes and silhouettes, I collaborated closely with designers to bring each collection to life. I conducted in-depth trend research and created mood boards tailored to our customers, ensuring each line captured current market demands.

My responsibilities also included creating and maintaining detailed line sheets for multiple accounts and coordinating with the production team throughout the costing and production process. I ensured all samples were reproducible in production and aligned with margin requirements. Overseeing sample development, I worked with pattern-makers to guarantee proper fit and compliance with safety guidelines.

Additionally, I communicated with licensors to meet all brand guidelines, making necessary revisions as needed. From approving final design details to reviewing pre-production samples, I ensured every aspect of the collection met quality standards and client expectations
